• You Are My Sunshine is called Sunshine or Sunny

• Sunshine was born on March 1, 2024

• His parents are HCB's Posey (solid chinchilla) & Sweet Tea (opal).

• He is a beautiful solid chinchilla buck.

• He was the only baby from her litter to survive.

• Sunshine is very sweet, friendly, and curious

• He loves pets and cuddles and adores attention.

• Sunshine loves to know what is going on all around him, so can often be found sitting up in "periscope" fashion.

• We have been blessed to have very sweet chinchillas, beginning with Sunshine's grandmother, Primrose, followed by his mama Posey.

• We hope he will sire his first litter late in the fall of 2024, after he fills out a bit.

• We thought Sunshine was a doe for 6.5 months, until we tried to breed "her". LOL
