Hot Cross Buns is a small home-based rabbitry in Ohio raising Holland Lop rabbits for indoor companion homes and providing educational resources to help rabbit families succeed.
We live closely with our rabbits—feeding them, caring for them, and getting to know each one as an individual. Their habits, preferences, and personalities are part of our daily life. They are not raised in the background; they are known and cherished.
A Thoughtful Approach
We place rabbits based on fit, not first-come requests.
This is not a high-volume program.
Our rabbits are raised indoors with daily, hands-on care. When we choose to breed, it is done thoughtfully, with attention to the well-being of the rabbits in our care.
When we place a rabbit, it matters deeply where that rabbit is going and how it will be loved.
We move at a steady pace, with the goal of placing each rabbit into the home where they will thrive.
